- Cut the paneer and shimla mirch and onion in cubes
- Take bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black pepper powder, black salt, normal salt, kasuri methi and roasted gram flour, tandori masla and mix well
- Add oil and lemon juice mix well to make a thick and smooth paste

- Heat the tawa, add spoonfull butter roast it on medium hot tawa or grill it in oven or tandoor
