- Mix the flour and make a tight dough.
- Smear oil on the tart cups and line the dough. Prick it with a fork.
- Bake these tart cups for 10 to12 mins till they are crisp and golden brown.
- Now mix all the spices, salt, and mint chutney in white peas and make a masala.
- Fill up this masala in the tart cups I have used chopped onion also.You can choose to avoid it if you don’t want to mix onion with curd.
- Hang the curd in a Muslim cloth for 30 mins add two tsp sugar pinch of salt and beetroot pulp.
- Take the tarts and top it up with sweet beetroot curd and serve.
