  4. Then, cut it using a cookie cuter(If not available, use steel glass) into desired shapes.
  5. Transfer tart bases to baking tray/steel plate lightly greased with butter/oil.
  6. To bake in kadhai, - Place metal ring of about 5 cm height in the kadhai and pre-heat it on a high flame for 10-15 minutes. - - Put steel plate over it and cook at low-medium flame for 20 minutes. - - We get one sided heat (from the bottom) while baking on stove. Hence, Stove baked tart bases will have lighter colour than oven baked. - - OR - - To bake in oven, Prick them using a fork and bake at 160 C in a pre-heated oven for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Once cooled down, Top them with shrikhand, mango, pistachio some mint leaves.
