  1. Peel oranges, remove transparent skin from segment and seed, keep aside
  2. Heat ghee in pan add Khota,milk sugar together and keep stirring continue till mixture become light thick add orange pulp mix well
  3. Add dry fruits and stir again, spread on a greased tray and sprinkle nuts,
  4. Cut into pieces when cool serve
