- Take Pinch asafoetida

- Take 2 tsp Tamarind chutney (Imli chutney)
- Prepare For Tacos dough
- Take 2 cup wheat flour
- Get 1/4 cup Semolina
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Coarinder powder
- Take 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Make ready 1 tsp Finely chopped Coarinder leaves
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare As needed water

- For making healthy Mixed sprouts chaat, first wash all pulses and soak them for 5-6 hours then take them in a cotton cloth and let them sprout for 10-12 hours. When all pulses are sprouted boil them in a cooker for 1 whistle.
- Take oil in a pan add asafoetida, cumin seeds than add chopped tomato, green chilli. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped boiled potatoes, Boiled sprouts, Red chilli powder, chaat masala, tamarind chutney (Imli chutney) and salt. Mix it well properly. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Take wheat flour, semolina, carom seeds, ghee, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coarinder Powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and Salt in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together using your fingers untill mixture turns crumbly.Add water in small incremental steps and knead it into tight dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
- Make balls out of the dough and roll them like chapati. Cut in round shape then tacos shape like this 👇
- Now heat oil in a pan and put tacos to fry. Fry them untill golden brown. Take out the tacos from the pan and let them cool down and to get the excess oil removed. fill the sprouts chaat.
- Garnished with cheese. Cheesy tacos chaat is ready.
