- In a bowl add Maida, ata, carrom seeds, ghee and mix well. Add water to make a dough. Set aside
- Make dough and make balls. Roll with a rolling pin. Add the Suran stuffing and fold like a ball. Roll out again
- In a pan heat oil and deep fry the Kachoris. Set aside on kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil
