  2. Stir fry onion in a wok then minced chicken. Cook it well then add corn kernels let it simmer. Then add the pasta and the sauce. Mix properly and cook until done

It comes in two varieties, which are lisce (smooth) and rigati (ridged). Chifferi Rigati are excellent just with a simple tomato sauce, but are also delicious with sauces made from beef, pork or vegetables. This pasta also goes really well when prepared with pulses.
