  2. Add a little oil to your pot, heat on medium high

  8. NOTES - be careful with the soy sauce, too much can make it overly salty. I also added a handful of snow peas to this one in the picture. Had some left over. Turned out good if you have some. Next time I'll try some chopped water chestnuts also, I think the crisp will add a nice touch. I was out of red pepper flakes and used 1 tablespoon of hot sauce instead, worked great.
